GREAT SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING AT UNBELIEVABLE PRICES
The lovely town of Zakopane nestles in a valley between Gubalowka mountain and the High Tatra range. There are a variety of small resorts in and around Zakopane, as well as larger resorts within a short drive. With the new Tatryski pass, one ticket provides access to 14 different ski areas, so you’ll always have somewhere new to ski or snowboard on. Furthermore, the slopes are open from 9am and floodlit until 10pm each and every day of the winter season!
Lift passes, equipment hire and lessons can be very expensive elsewhere in Europe. Here in Poland, they remain affordably within reach. Hotels are very good value compared to other alpine regions. Après ski and eating out, too. Unless you’re an expert, black-diamond skier, Poland’s variety of slopes will be perfect for you. They are especially suited to families and beginners.
